Pros

Well known company. Offices all over the country.

Cons

Everyone there in sales treats you like your stupid. Everyone thinks they are so important when they are selling people junk mail. They need to get lives outside of the office. No work life balance. Lots of shady office behavior going on. They take advantage of great talent and think that everyone needs to be replicas of each other. SO MUCH TURN OVER.

Pros

The team culture at Epsilon is fantastic. The management is focused on growing the business, and the mix of talent working for this agency is top of their game. It's a very healthy place to build a career, and though I'm not a career agency person, several of my colleagues have been working for this company for several years, with no intention of leaving soon, which speaks volumes for the quality of the company. The benefits are great, and women and men are equally supported and it's a fun place overall.

Cons

The company was acquired by Alliance Data Systems a few years ago, and also combined with another agency, so the team is constantly being asked to learn new systems, as one process is adopted and then abandoned sometimes within months; leaving little time to learn them before another one is brought on; and the company is still restructuring its management. It doesn't really effect the work or the day to day though, but it's still annoying.

Thank you for your review we are glad to hear that you thrive as part of Epsilon’s culture. We realize there isn’t a single way of doing things and our teams across the globe learn from each other every day. Being a global organization of more than 7,000 associates also creates challenges. We hope the recent focus on our core practice areas of agency, automotive, data and technology will simplify the organization for our associates and provide them with the clarity and direction they need.
