Pros

Lots of challenges and work Highly technical solutions

Cons

Most jobs are being moved to India US based teams are under staffed and now missing deliverables. As a result executive management is punishing them by moving more head count offshore. Pay is not competitive with market No funding to complete tasks that are considered high priority Very high rate of turnover and no value placed on institutional knowledge Employees are expected to train them selves, requests for training that have a cost associated with it are generally denied. Executive management is completely disassociated from their staff

Pros

Matching 401k, stock options, paid maternity/paternity leave are some highlights of working here. At one time this was a thriving company bringing in major accounts for well known clients. Epsilon does have lots of opportunities for volunteer and charitable work in our communities which is great!

Cons

Many jobs are being offshored to the new Bangalore office that Epsilon built for 4,000 employees there. That means that the US workers are slowly and quietly being layed off. 2017 will bring "open vacation days" for all employees which means there will be no vacation pay on the books, making it even less costly for the company to release seasoned workers. Very stressful.
