      Pros

      I enjoy the type of work; it is challenging, I work on a great team, and have an exceptional manager.

      Cons

      Lots of jobs going overseas (India) for a cheaper work force to boost ROI, with the results of teams and clients suffering (lower quality and extended turn around times).

      Overall a decent company

      Pros

      Good work/life balance, great benefits and vacation time. Co-workers are nice and very capable.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from leadership, difficult to move up the ladder if not part of the in-crowd, all work is data driven so it can be pretty boring.
