Pros

Was able to adopt new technologies and got an opportunity to learn.

Cons

The shift to Bangalore has resulted in the best employees leaving the company. This is also causing heavy burden on current employees to deliver quality with smaller teams with additional burden to train offshore resources.

Pros

flexible time off with work from home hours available

Cons

Too much middle management with not enough boots on the ground to do the work expected and do it well. Said management is not honest with what is going on.

Thank you for your review. Our goal is to make it easier for associates to work at Epsilon and we are pleased to hear you found flexible time-off and work from home beneficial during your time here. We strive to remain as transparent as possible about the state of the business through our communications efforts. Epsilon is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that produces results for our clients while offering our associates the tools they need to succeed. The new programs we are introducing as part of Crafting a Better Epsilon were designed with balance and training in mind. Through our new flexible time off and work from home policy we believe associates will achieve the work-life balance they need. Further, the first courses in our new training series will help managers deliver great feedback while teaching non-managers how to best receive feedback.
