Get work from home 2 days a week. Nice looking offices. Can wear jeans.

Cons

Very untrustworthy. All work is going overseas which is leaving Americans unemployed. Some clients don't even know their work is going overseas and they are being overcharged when it does. Next year we are suppose to have unlimited PTO which is just going to be another scam. Now you won't earn time or have earned PTO paid out to you when they lay you off and your time off can be denied any time or turn into an on call day.

Epsilon is a giant conglomerate and not going anywhere. Free snacks and free lunch on Fridays. Good brand name clients.

Cons

No leadership training, unprofessional management. Exclusively of certain projects, no insight as to what other team members are working on.
