Pros

Big company with decent benefits.

Cons

Work situation or culture will vary greatly depending on your location. Also, switching departments or teams doesn't seem to be easy or even feasible. It's definitely not encouraged.

Pros

I have been working for Epsilon (from Bangalore office) for close to an year now. The way it was an year back, and the way it is now - it has just grown exponentially well! - Work Life Balance - Flexible timings - Health policies (covers parents for free!) - Free food on Fridays - Higher education policies - Fun filled activities - Challenging projects to work on - you should be lucky (and capable enough) to get such project though ;) - Decent pay scale - no variable - Cabs - Good onsite/offshore co-ordination - Friendly leadership - CEO discretionalry bonus

Cons

- Most of the projects (most of them - not all) at Bangalore office are not so great to work on. - Not many smart people around - Last year's hike was very less (<5%), hoping for better hike next year

Overworked

Pros

Good benefits and plenty of parking.

Cons

Zero work-life balance. You will work 60 hours a week and be told you're not working enough. Not enough resources. No training, so it's sink or swim (most people sink). It is a revolving door.
