Great infrastructure Transport facility is good Free but torturing food on friday's (Both lunch and dinner). Same menu for non-veg always. Snacks available(Tea, Coffee, Milk, 2 kind of biscuits) WFH option available Good medical insurance policies. Parents are also covered Fun activities used to happen most of the time. Flexible work hours. Less number of employees. Chances of better visibility and exposure. Friendly people around Gives so many leaves - 21 annual+10 casual/sick+2 floater holiday+10/12 public holidays but condition applied, annual leaves have to be earned every month. It will not be credited at once.

Cons

After 1 year also still struggling to get client billable projects. Onsite is available at higher roles(for Business purpose) Extra wages are not available for overtime Once in client billable project get ready for roller coaster ride. Any time there will be meetings. Employees are less so you might not remain in one project for long. Various shifts available. But depends on project requirement. Confirm during the interview itself. Earned leaves concept. Every month 1.75 will be credited. If taken more salary will be cut for extra leave. Cannot club annual with other leaves. There is not exit and leave portal.

I have even working for a month now.. Pros would be: Free Friday food New setup so lot of visibility and exposure

Cons

The shifts are extreme in the bangalore office, you should have a normal shift like 12 - 9 or 11-8 or may be fixed pick up time like 8am, 9am, 10am etc and then drop times like 6pm, 7pm, 8pm etc. So that if people don't have work they can take avail the drop time according to their convenience. Logistics should be seamless. Before joining I heard that epsilon has a good work life balance, seems like just because they are outsourcing to India they are not bothered about they work life balance in the bangalore office. The higher management is also getting hired still now, please make sure you hire good people who share the same values as epsilon.
