Pros

The work environment here is excellent. They really want you to get excited about coming to work. Dress is business casual, great manager/employee relationship, WFH two days/wk, and the game room all makes working here a blessing. All these play a role in the great work/life balance Epsilon offers as well.

Cons

From my personal opinion, the building stays cold and the food is expensive. It's good, however, that there are many restaurants very close to the company.

Pros

You are eligible for a promotion after a year, and pay and benefits are good.

Cons

There is not a lot of structure to the program and opportunities to meet other new grads.

Pros

compensation is fair; benefits are good (401K matching, medical and dental insurance paid at about 60%); ESPP; regular employee gatherings (food, drinks, music) when announcements are made or start of Red Sox season; nice, clean office setting (lower cubicle walls now the trend); 1:1 company match to non-profit donations that you make.

Cons

Not enough top-down communication from management; it always seemed like there was always some big secret on what was coming next. There never seemed to be enough time for additional training opportunities. Programs would be made known, but they were difficult to access and there was never enough time to complete. Most of the employees seemed to keep to themselves. Possibly because they were over-worked and had no time to socialize with anyone. It just seemed expected that you would be working weekends on any given week. There never seemed to be enough coverage if you wanted to go on vacation and not enough time to train that person if you were lucky enough to get someone to cover.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback on your experience while working here and are taking this back to our team to discuss. We have received similar feedback regarding managers before and are looking into how to solve this issue going forward. As you know from working here, clients are our top priority, which can cut into taking time out for training. We do our best to take advantage of the times that we can and look to improve going forward with the comments we get regarding this. The more people that share their ideas on how to improve, the better we can be in the future. Again, thank you for your review, we wish you the best of luck! --Human Resources Team
