      Giant in US, but a startup in India

      Pros

      - Flexible work time, there is no minimum time to spend in office and they don't track your swipe details. - Benefits and perks are awesome which many other Indian IT cos. don' provide. - Insurance benefits are great, which come with parental insurance inclusive and insurance is over & above the package specified.

      Cons

      - No onsite opportunities as of now. - Not much project available in Epsilon, India. Very less workforce. - No clear road map for next 1 year.

      Awesome organisation to work with

      Pros

      40 + years old company, but a setup of startup in India which gives an opportunity to learn lot of things. Leadership of Epsilon India Head is commendable.

      Cons

      Need to move lot of things on system rather than doing it manually. Can't think of anything else apart from this
