Pros

The only pro for Epsilon/Ryan Partnership is a lot of good people still waste their talents in the Wilton office.

Cons

Everything. I believe it was once a good place to begin a career and learn the industry but that time is long gone. They really are a prehistoric marketing agency that hasn’t learned the digital space at all. The compensation is laughable, advancement is non existent, and the list of clients are a joke. Once Nestle leaves the Wilton branch will close.

The city views. That's it. Also good for those lacking drive and ambition.

Cons

Lack of leadership, direction or vision. Surving on the few remaining clients that they have. Surpassed by the many competitors amongst them.
