Pros

Very good product management team ..If you can be a puppet to few ppl in harmony technical team ...you can be happy ..

Cons

########## If you got a offer in wakefield harmony team .Talk to people before making decision ..They would just give you false promises about Big-data technologies .. Just check if you will be in a team that will be working on it ..I've seen lot of new employees given false promises and ended up just doing support .. If you got offer in Dallas team (Recommended : Do not accept the offer ) ########## This is one place which i thought is the best place under Mike's management earlier --Slowly turned to be a worst place . --Harmony project started like cool startup platform under Mike's management --Few guys from Dallas realized they can survive only if they can control the team in wakefield --We lost Mike --Then the whole place changed ..Exactly in 6 months most of the critical application were moved from Wakefield to Dallas --Very cheap Politics ..Sudden change in Work environment .. --Every one started to move out --Management doesn't give any about its employees .. --I don't know why Martin Fowler did not write an article about how to speak to a co-worker ..

Thank you for your honest feedback. This group has gone through a lot of change with a beloved senior leader’s unfortunate passing. Times of organizational change and uncertainty can be difficult for associates to work through. We do have new leadership in place, and are working to move forward and take the department in a positive direction. We have since consolidated functions so that Irving became focused on development and Wakefield focused on front-end. We still have a strong leader presence in both Irving and Wakefield within the product organization. Again, we appreciate your feedback as it helps us to evolve as an organization for the betterment of our associates. --Talent Acquisition Team
