Pros

Growing company. Lots of opportunities. Neat technologies. Fast pace. Team environment. Teams differ in structure giving you the ability to learn and make creative solutions.

Cons

Sometimes there long hours. It can get stressful. Senior leadership sometimes lack a realistic point of view and teams needs to over compensate.

Pros

Great work/life balance. People are mostly working hard, friendly enough. No drama. Positive environment with nice rewards for a job well done.

Cons

Nothing too bad! Sometimes it's hard to track down the correct person to get information you need. Many layers to wade through to make change. Some disconnect with offsite employees filling temporary roles.

- Ability to Work from Home. - Relatively easy transition from one department to another.

Cons

- Extremely process oriented, where it impedes on the company's ability to produce results and good service to client. - Goals/mentalities across different team do not align, proving very difficult to get anything done. - Not competitive with compensation. - Lack of training, documentation all around.
