Pros

Strong bonds formed between team members Monotony does not exist with constant change Did have a strong value on technology and innovation (this appears to be going away though)

Cons

The company is more than willing to sacrifice employees for an unreasonable bottom dollar. The average team/employee in the company will be found to be overworked and understaffed. Employees suffer from no work life balance, poor benefits and are so busy they cannot take vacation and then lose it at the end of the year. This results in a very high turnover rate and loss of knowledge that is trivialized by the disconnected executives. To further emphasize the disdain held for the employees the training budget is nearly non-existent with employees expected to fund/find there own ways to advance their skill set.

Pros

I honestly cannot think of one single pro. Not one.

Cons

Where do I start? In the downtown Chicago office, everyone (except senior leaders) sits next to and across from each other at long tables with absolutely no privacy - none. I can stretch my arms and touch the people on either side of me. There is no senior management accountability whatsoever which allows them to act however they want with no consequences. This place is TOXIC. Turnover is unreal - except at the higher level. Hummm, I wonder why that is? Every single job/project was a battle and felt like the internal team was working against each other. Terrible experience.
