Epsilon Systems Jr. Structural engineer reviews

Really wished they had explained that even though you work alongside SWRMC employees, and present yourself as part of SWRMC throughout your job, that Epsilon contractors do NOT get the same perks as SWRMC does. SWRMC employees can telework, Epsilon contractors can not. Would look better for Epsilon as a company if they created an even playing field with their peers that they work alongside and report to.
