- no raises in 3 years i’ve worked here - no bonus/annual bonuses/inflation raises in 3 years. Instead we get a pizza party twice a year.

Nothing, nothing and nothing times five nothing's

Cons

Managers don't care, never saw mine in nearly 3 years, they only give you a raise if the government determines it's necessary, never out of their own pockets unless you're friends with upper management. I was 66% vested in the stock program and they refuse to give me my money even though I still get statements. Truly a terrible company.
