Major Systemic Quality Issues
Pros
Epsilon does provide many jobs for the community. For the most part the Benifits are good and the management and HR is fair.
Cons
As a Quality Assurance Inspector I know things are supposed to be done in accordance with approved company procedures and processes. I was asked by my own superiors in QA to deviate from standards in order to please production on multiple occasions. At Epsilon Production comes first and Quality takes a backseat. This is backwards it should always be safety first then quality then production. Epsilon Systems doesn’t follow there own Quality Management System manual. I was asked on multiple occasions to mis charge hours worked to different jobs then was worked on in order to cheat the budget. This place will never know how much waste in revenue is going down the drain cause they do everything under the table and cheat hours and numbers to make them fit the whole company is corrupt
