Great People to work with! Everyone from HR to VP of Technical Services was fair, honest and open with everything. I have always been respected and communication was always available to current conditions and changes in the industry. I was there just over 2 years and it has been an enriching experience! They supported us for Corporate runs, hosted and celebrated their people. I have had a positive experience with the company. If you are working for VP of Technical Services, you will be taken care of!

I don't have any cons. I left to chase different ideas and designs.

Epsilon has some really good people working for them. I am a too new to comment on any specific area.

Constant work , and paid time off

Cons

Management is horrible. People leave early daily and charge full time hours. Foreman don’t help with production at all, and know very little of the progress being made, project managers have favorite crews which they favor and let leave early or give them easy work, the rest are screwed, Mandatory overtime when management doesn’t make the right calls. Very unfriendly environment don’t recommend.
