Cons

Volatile hours, Division between labor and management, disconnect between projects and the office, poor planning, short manning constantly. You will be worked into the ground to meet deadlines missed because of not appropriating manpower in order to meet the company's fiscal goals; then, you will be told to stay home for weeks at a time. The nature of the business doesn't make a stable, growth-friendly environment for someone seeking a long term career.
