Pros

90% of the personnel are great to work with, there is a lot of comraderie.

Cons

Many Issues, however the other 10% is attributed to Substandard Managers who should never be put in managerial positions. Uneducated and do not know how to treat employees. Unethical practices, hostile work environments, and H/R representatives who will cover anything up that may have a negative impact on a manager or the company. This is company wide and is noticeable due to the high turnover of personnel. No training is offered or any indoctrination. If you upset a manager or disagree with their thoughts look forward to being layed off and you will not be asked back.

Great company, CEO, president. They have a great outlook on work/home life balance and taking care of their employees when tragedy strikes.

Cons

Can get frustrating trying to move up. Lay offs are common.
