Very family oriented! Benefits package is good! Several members of management really listen and take action to assist for optimal outcome.

Cons

Favortism and nepotism apparent. Communications can be slowed by too many number of people involved before finalized - overload.

Great staff, laid back but professional, good career advancement opportunities, good communication among various levels of management, good benefits package.

Cons

salary compensation is lower than average. Communication gets delayed due to the time difference between the office in VA and the one is the east coast.

Great co-workers and fun parties. Benefits are above average for the industry. Somewhat flexible schedule, depending who you are and what department you work in.

Cons

Favortisim and nepotism is at an all time high with this company. Understaffed at the Corporate office. The HR office is severly lacking with response time and knowledge. Good compensation seems to be reserved for those in Management or friends of management.
