Stable company, low personnel turn over. High quality products, vertically integrated.

Cons

New hires are mandated to take their very limited number of Vacation days during the company christmas shutdown. You can only have agency about when to have a 2 weeks vacation after 5 years in the company.

For example, we do offer three weeks of vacation for new hires. We love all of our employees, from our new hires all the way to our long tenured employees who all contribute to the company's success.

Colleagues are good to work with - that is one of the best parts. Lateral career moves seem plentiful and you can learn a lot by moving around. Stable company

Cons

Limited upward growth for the career minded. Politics exist and are part of the culture - and many unwritten rules. (just like any other company).
