      Pros

      Excellent benefits. Great pay. Fun company with lots of employee perks. 2 bonuses a year, lots of fun events. Closed for the Christmas holiday and employees are paid for that time, in addition to 2 weeks vacation.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, high volume, heavy work loads. This company LOVES to have meetings. There are meetings to prepare for upcoming meetings. Sometimes gets in the way of productivity. Lot's of politics and red tape to get the simplest of things done.

      Pros

      Excellent management. Visionary CEO. The best of the Japanese quality and long term planning with the American entrepreneurship spirit. Excellent products that you will represent with pride.

      Cons

      Sometimes the company takes a long time to react when there is a good opportunity. Service and support is not seen as a marketing tool.

      Epson is a company that is very strong with regards to its products, they have great R&D, nice people working for the company.

      Cons

      Upper management is made up mostly of outdated people that have outlived the company or have little or no outside perspective beyond EPSON.
