      A great company with many career paths. Very smart highly educated colleagues. High performance standards with flexible work from home options.

      Cons

      Difficult to get promoted quickly. Consensus culture. Takes a long time to get everyone aligned.

      Good kind people. Stable company. Low stress environment. Good company if you want a dependable company with work/life balance. If you're looking to make an impact, this is not the place for you.

      Cons

      Conservative company with dated operating practices. Operates more like an insurance company than a tech company. Minimal growth or development opportunities. Execs hands on and do not empower their team. HR is not proactive.

      Everyone leaves their ego at the door, great people, happy environment, very clean building, great benefits, no Micro managing, challenging work.

      Communication with Japan is sometimes difficult, tight deadlines.
