Thank you for your feedback and confirming that we have great benefits including the pension scheme. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion is a key focus for us and has been for the last two years. We run an annual survey in relation to DEI and have implemented a learning programme to help people to understand these terms and and to assist with removing unconscious bias.
