The fantastic people (including lower to middle management).

Cons

Upper management/policy & decision making. Failure to truly care about impact of business decisions upon employee morale and wellbeing. Dismissive of genuine concerns and negative reactions to proposals.

We are really disappointed to hear about your poor experience, particularly as you have worked at Epson for so long. We run an annual employee opinion survey, and most people have said they enjoy working at Epson. We know there has been some business change this year as we separate our business from the Middle East and Africa to focus on Europe, and also we are moving from Hemel Hempstead to Watford later this year. In these changes, we have consulted with employees and we have listened to and receive feedback. Where we are able to try other approaches, we will do. In these two particular cases, there are really strong business cases to continue with the change. Nuestra jerarquía organizativa es muy plana y, aunque hay muchas oportunidades para crecer en términos de amplitud y profundidad de la función, no tenemos muchos niveles de gestión en los que crecer.

Thank you for the feedback! It is great that you think we are a stable company with diversity amongst our employees. Our organisational hierachy is very flat and whilst there is plenty of opportunity to grow in terms of breadth and depth of role, we do not have lots of management levels to grow into.
