We regret that you feel there have been limited opportunities for growth within our company. Epson's organisational structure is flat, which allows for a wide range of development in the scope and depth of roles, rather than upward mobility through numerous management tiers. Nevertheless, it's noteworthy that over 40% of our promotions last year were awarded to internal candidates.
