Pros

We work with people and get to offer them a service that helps them. The company is growing and has direction. The work environment is casual, and the group is small enough that you know everyone and people work as a team.

Cons

There are a lot of changes as the company grows, and we need to make sure everyone is aware of everything that is going on.
