Pros

You get different benefits that help to stay more focused and calm in your work. Everyone respects new ideas and you get to support. You get a lot of experience in Customer Service and assertive communication. Great job to acquire knowledge.

Cons

Life and work balance it is really complicated and sometimes you get burnt out . It could be really great if you provide the option for part time jobs.

Pros

Equifax looks pretty good on your resume if you are looking to find a new job. The job itself is pretty easy if you are into finances and credit Fun job environment looked forward for days that had an event.

Cons

The Pay is way too low , for this to be Equifax I would expect more pay They also over work you and with the pay being low its a no thanks. Many people have been offered a job within the company and then decide on other positions once they hear how low it is. I feel the the dept that I worked in was fairly new and was organized. No one knew what to do but would put the blame on you if things went down hill.
