      They create products and processes with the intention of having customers make mistakes by choosing incorrect products for financial gain.

      Pros

      The pace of work is on the slower end but it give you time to make sure things are done properly.

      Cons

      Company cares more about it's shareholders than it's associates. They spent billions acquiring new businesses and then poor-mouth their employees as an excuse to not pay out bonuses. What an upside-down company.

      - Virtually unlimited career paths or choices

      Cons

      - No stability in direction - Constant re-evaluation of strategy and objectives, resulting is delays with work planning - Too many cooks in the kitchen (business units cannot operate without revolving exercises from corporate functions) - No voice at the table, if you speak up you are branded as negative - Inexperienced leadership - Corporate functions too powerful
