      CEO a Coward / Decisions Drive Down AIP Payout

      Pros

      Most people outside of the c-suite are very good to work with.

      Cons

      Mark Begor is a coward when it comes to telling the truth to investors, but has no problem setting unrealistic targets for the business while at the same time handcuffing the business from doing what would be necessary to achieve those unrealistic targets. It mostly comes from either willful ignorance or hubris. This brand of decision-making is driving a lot of chaos, unproductive/unnecessary work, and reduced comp/AIP across the organization.

      As a VP you get paid okay(ish).

      Cons

      Where to even start, 1. CTO is clueless, pivots every 3 months. 2. The billion $ pet project literally is worse than a school project. 3. Multiple(MULTIPLE) redundant and overlapping roles. 4. 80% of folks here have NO clue what they work on 5. Toxicity at its best. 6. Multiple examples of unqualified and incompetent people are in decision making roles. 7. Even the rockstar engineers are quite quitting because of the circus all around. 8. Pay is extremely low compared to the Atl market itself.

      Flexibility on work hours and location.

      Cons

      I was dismayed by the leadership and business practices that I witnessed during my time at Equifax. I am very happy to have moved on.
