Pros

Accessible direct managers Good pay Regular communication from leadership Good work-life balance Good work-from-home policy Fun events: Happy hours, internal employee groups, networking outings

Cons

Poor insurance: All co-insurance and no co-pays = all non-preventative costs are 100% out of pocket; it works like a high-deductible health plan...but it costs expensive premiums like a normal plan that comes with co-pays Disconnect between leadership and employees: Leadership makes decisions and they communicate that they're made to employees, but there's little forewarning, clear plan, or real reason given beyond typical political platitudes (e.g. "to improve business outcomes", etc.)

Pros

As a VP you get paid okay(ish).

Cons

Where to even start, 1. CTO is clueless, pivots every 3 months. 2. The billion $ pet project literally is worse than a school project. 3. Multiple(MULTIPLE) redundant and overlapping roles. 4. 80% of folks here have NO clue what they work on 5. Toxicity at its best. 6. Multiple examples of unqualified and incompetent people are in decision making roles. 7. Even the rockstar engineers are quite quitting because of the circus all around. 8. Pay is extremely low compared to the Atl market itself.

Pros

Honestly the company makes good money and if you are at a P3 level or above, that will come back to you with consistent profit sharing. S band and P1/P2 roles are out of luck and unvalued.

Cons

3/2 + 2 WFH policy is lagging behind other equivalent employers and creates whispers and discontent. Your ability to bend the policy is entirely at your department & manager's discretion, which creates inequality. Lots of people looking for jobs on the side, and there's been difficulty in filling roles because people don't want to be restricted. Some open roles sit that way for 6+ months with people receiving offers, then rejecting them when the truth about WFH comes out.
