Great place to grow and be challenged

Pros

This is a continually growing company with opportunities to grow with the company. The growth path is non-traditional because of the small size of the firm and therefore takes being creative and a trusting person to see the opportunities but management sees and rewards hard work and dedicated team members.

Cons

They are not quite as flexible in work from home policy and a bit more formal than would expect for technology firm but this seems to be changing.

- Small(ish) company makes an individual's contribution much more impactful to the overall direction of the firm - Constantly changing industrial landscape makes it fun (and challenging) to be innovative about service offerings from all aspects - Good benefits

Cons

- Work can get a little hectic at times, since the company is a little small, but yet supports a big client base
