      Pros

      1. Comparatively small company w.r.t Employees count which gives immense option for visibility to all levels of leadership. 2. Remuneration is good as compared to peers. 3. Very good Public Holidays/Paid Holidays policies. Thumbs up to that (y) 4. RSU and ESOP options for almost everyone.

      Cons

      1. Due to global presence some people have to work very early to late nights depending on the Teams/Projects you are being part of. 2. Currently working from Temp. office in Bangalore with limited facilities. Hope the new office with better space and facilities comes soon. 3. Lateral movement within Org is very limited and too much dependency on your direct manager to decide your career growth within the org. 4. Need to improve more HR policies and include employee trainings and sessions.
