      Freedom to do work, great management, amazing projects go run. If you have an entrepreneur mindset and can self-manage your work you will love working here

      If you need total structure and all steps lined out for every task, this is not the job for you.

      Pros

      - Great CEO. - Great diversity & belonging and wellness initiatives, and a true emphasis on employee-run clubs and supporting well-being. - Wonderful people overall -- only a handful that I haven't loved working with and a few have moved on by now. - It's an especially great place to be right now since it's so well situated during the pandemic, too. - My manager has been very understanding with flexibility (within reason) due to my childrens' needs. - Pay was very good, and bonuses depending upon the group. - The recent reorganizations have really made sense for the business, and have been about making impacts in the organization rather than cutting costs.

      Cons

      - Pre-COVID, work from home flexibility varied by group and was dependent upon the manager. - A few years ago, one of the groups had a lot of roles cut without communications to others. I haven't seen this in awhile, though.
