Thank you for sharing your perspective on the Operations organization at Equinix. I was disappointed to read your review as your experience does not represent the supportive and inclusive environment we strive to create across the company. We are deeply committed to a standard of leadership that allows every team member to learn, grow and thrive in their role and at Equinix. To support this, we have recently made significant leadership changes within Operations, in the U.S. south and in other regions. We have also recently expanded training and awareness programs for managers and employees around unconscious bias, inclusivity and what it means to "belong" at Equinix. We continue to partner with HR to set aggressive goals to help us build teams that represent diverse communities. These are not just hiring numbers to us – we want to cultivate an inclusive environment that attracts people from a wide variety of backgrounds because they know Equinix is a place to have a rich and fulfilling career.
