      Team I work with is amazing, manager is amazing, value proposition is very good

      Cons

      The company has grown so fast the internal processes are BROKEN! You spend a great deal of time fixing mistakes, or trying to get things done. Billing, quoting, renewals,digital services, there is no continuity, and no one person that has responsibility for these things. There is never analysis of why the problem happened, so it is very likely to happen again.

      Pros

      Equinix has a ton of money to spend. Projects will be enterprise level. Great culture and investment into their people.

      Cons

      Hit or miss with your experience. Some people love it, some people quit. The IT leadership is ossified and stubborn. They've been there for too long and it shows. Leadership will be friends of enemies, and you'll have to navigate that to succeed.
