      Pros

      The leadership is incredible, from the CEO into all levels of the organization. Leaders and employees live the values of the organization (not just words on a paper). Leaders focus on serving our customers, and doing right by employees. The company has been incredibly accommodating, compassionate, and empathetic throughout this pandemic, and helps all employees feel like they are safe, they belong, and they matter.

      Opportunities for improvement with some internal processes, however, company is working diligently to address.

      Good pay and benefits They truly care about their employees and do an amazing job of trying to connect everyone Lots of different diversity groups to join with senior leadership involved Awesome team environment

      Some internal processes could be better (they are trying to improve) Inconsistency between sites which can lead to difficulties for customers No clear guidelines on growth. For example - what should we work/focus on if our goal is to move from level II to III
