Great Company, Great Outlook, but room for improvement

Pros

The culture has adapted well over the past three years. Top Management (Chiefs) listens and responds well. The stock doing well doesn't hurt either.

Cons

It's tough communicating upwards within departments (to VPs). VPs will talk through people instead of being direct. Titles matter too much to many employees that work there. VPs can be too focused to hit internal figures instead of focused on improving the world and our industry. It's very tough for entry-to-mid level employees to work your way "up".

Pros

Indeed, a positive working environment. Most people are naturally friendly and helpful. Compensation, especially RSU & ESPP Our data centers are great and business is good Opportunities arise, though career path is quite unclear

Cons

Lack of focus: with the growth, the company is trying to do everything at once, and prioritization is not Equinix's forte. HR: Human Resources seems too busy to care about employees. They want to work with projects which will give them visibility, but dislike talking to employees

Great benefits, and pay. C-level five star.

Cons

Absolutely 0 work life balance. You tend to get stuck behind people with tenure that have a failure to move forward.
