Poor Senior Management Decisions.Unable to work overtime for a month following the date of MC. Indirectly restricting personnel from applying MC entitlement by associating it with overtime eligibility. No intervention by HR department for such measures by Senior Management.

Layoffs in every three months Chief Customer and Revenue officer, SVP Revenue Operations, Sr Directors, Directors, Managers, developers were fired just days after joining Equinix. Politics and layoffs are the new norm that happened in every 3 months.
