      Cons

      slow upward mobility .. very few ever leave resulting in limited churn in the management ranks

      Pros

      Work from home as needed. Really great perk for families. Fun Events throughout the quarter.

      Cons

      - Because the department isn't taken seriously the position is for more a college grad. - No true voice within the company. -Like most companies this company is sales driven. The client services department simply exists within the company versus having an actual voice.
