      Pros

      No overtime. As a Field Engineer you single handely maintain the dc. Get to talk on the phone with engineers from big companies such as facebook alor amazon.

      Cons

      Payment is low. Night shifts were very busy and understaffed. Their CRM is terrible. No clear career path. DC are usually far from the train station.

      Pros

      Having spent most of my career at Federal Government Contractors, Equinix is a breath of fresh air! The people are down to earth, hard working, and smart. So cool to be part of an awesome global company with so much potential! The benefits are unbelievable!
