Large company, well funded and great benefits and stock program

Cons

Organizational Silo's, Biased management with extreme prejudice to outsiders and gross overspending that goes unchecked. Senior level ethics, vendor gifts, donations and extravagant dinners/drinks a common place.

Pros

Great business model, great compensation and benefits. They work hard and play hard. Lots of energy and excitement - employees are proud to work here.

Cons

The culture is shifting away from what defined Equinix as a great place to work. Frivolous with their spending - can benefit form bringing in the reigns. Management has a difficult time making tough business decisions to drive extraneous cost out of the business.

We are working with smart people. I love going to work here, our solutions are relevant for all companies and we can help them a lot I really like that. People are nice, smart and we have a very flat hierarchy.

Cons

We are growing very fast, hiring a lot. Can create frustrations if we don't increase internal promotions.
