Company went out of their way to make sure I was fully exposed to all interested areas of the company

Cons

Internship seemed a little under structured, but I was one of the first interns so I think it has been improved upon since.

This company is very passionate about building a thriving and sustainable culture, to the point that they dedicate time, resources, and funding to it! Benefits are great as well as the stock options. What I love most is that there isn't an invisible wall in between the executives and the employees.

Cons

To ensure they get the best people, they have a lot of interviews --- so be prepared to meet with tens of people! Prioritization is still something that they're working on fine tuning (as with any growing company).
