      Pros

      The company continues to grow while creating the best culture and values the leadership and team lives by. The acquisitions have been thoughtful and have added great diversity and talent to the Equinix family. There is appreciation for a healthy lifestyle.

      Cons

      Company needs to enhance onboarding efforts as they continue to grow at such a quick pace. Ensure the employees are integrated and ready to go from day 1.

      Awesome company with lots of potential for growth!

      Pros

      Equinix is the best kept secret in the Silicon Valley. The leadership of this company is beyond compare. They are visionary, yet approachable and friendly. The CEO is incredible and very down to earth. The company fosters a very friendly, community environment, and it's full of smart, driven people. At the same time, there is a decent work/life balance (for the Bay Area). The executive leadership listens to employees and makes changes accordingly. Finally, the company is definitely headed in the right direction, which affects the stock price and their ability to compensate their employees well.

      Cons

      Some typical process and systems growing pains. Non performers rarely get weeded out.

      Good Place to work

      Pros

      Company is in good space, stocks performing well. If you are in a good group under good manager there is not much to complaint.

      Cons

      Top heavy, too many management titles. Every one is a Director or VP. 50% of the employee force are contractors. HR body is useless.
