For a company that has over 4k employees, it still has that start-up feel. Great culture and better people.

Indeed, members of our recruiting team will occasionally introduce Equinix as a "big-little" company, as we're big in terms of revenue, but still little in our number of employees. Friendly team, great resources to utilize, leadership are constantly innovating. Gym access, snacks and lunches provided. Training is excellent, some of the best I have seen.

Cons

Room for growth felt capped. I saw a lot of turn over and often new faces were gone before you even got to know them. A lot of interoffice politics
