Over the last two years we have experienced a lot of growth in the Dallas market, and recognize that there has been a lot of training as so many new members have joined the organization and internal employees have been promoted. We understand that periods of high-growth and change can be stressful, but absolutely pride ourselves on the fair treatment of our employees, and encourage any employee who feels that he/she has been treated unfairly to reach out directly to a Human Resources Business Partner at Equinix.
