      Pros

      The industry has great secular trends and it's growing fast organically and through acquisitions. Very well positioned to continue growing hand in hand with Cloud and Enterprise customers.

      Cons

      A lot of overlapping between functions and departments creating gray areas and conflicts. Not a very well structured onboarding plan to ensure new employees are successful.

      Pros

      Equinix has excellent Sales Enablement leadership and a results driven team. The company vision and strategy drives impact and business results. There is lots of passion, drive and motivation from all employees. There is room for lots of growth and opportunity. There are a lot of intelligent, smart-working and fun people here.

      Cons

      Normal hyper growth growing pains.

      Pros

      Equinix continues to grow rapidly and build on its market leadership. The company has a clear vision and strategy for the next phase of its evolution. This creates an opportunity for all employees to help shape the future of Equinix and means that day-to-day initiatives and programs are about driving change. Equinix is an S&P 500 start-up. This translates to a highly successful company that values the entrepreneurial spirit and focuses on “just getting things done”. The company culture is one of building and transforming with passion and humility.

      Cons

      As Equinix evolves, it is challenged with creating strategic alignment across organizations and establishing global processes and planning. Equinix has not fully transitioned from an “aim, fire, ready” approach to “ready, aim, fire” in order to ensure achievement of the desired results and maximum impact.
