Pros

The people. From the interview process to every day working relationships. Even though the internet start up has 'grown up' , it still feels like a family that is close to you , even when you are communicating with fellow employees all around the world.

Cons

None at this time. Everything has been first class from the start.

Pros

A global giant in the neutral colo space and the recent launch of Cloud Exchange has added to that aura! Thanks to the stock performance, total cash comp is very competitive. Mostly competent people and a generally genial atmosphere. Also, very much a "play hard" culture.

Cons

Dysfunction at the top is increasing by the day - makes any cross-functional collaboration extremely difficult. Leadership traits vary from paranoid control freaks to "tone deaf" leaders totally in awe with their own smartness that they can't stop talking to listen! It's a good company if you are a mechanical or electrical engineer. Stay away from Marketing and Technology development!
