      Company that is doing great in the space. Many great people with great backgrounds and capabilities.

      Cons

      Lots of new leadership which are still learning to play together.

      Pros

      the pay and the stock was great.....some cool people.

      Cons

      Marketing leadership didn't know how to organize a campaign, couldn't align on messaging, and were so caught up in power struggles they never got anything done. Didn't value in-house talent and was way too top heavy.
