Pros

Equinix is growing, and it's been an exciting ride. Unlike many of the really large employers in Silicon Valley, this place still retains a "family" feel. A lot of really smart and strategic leaders. Some nice perks, including free breakfast every morning at headquarters. Competitive compensation. Good work/life balance. Flexibility in being able to work remotely occasionally.

Cons

I really have no complaints. Definitely a lot of new employees, so many people are still trying to get into a good rhythm and establish relationships.

The people are amazing to work with. If you are a new employee, everyone is so friendly and willing to help, regardless of their busy schedules. AND Equinix celebrates everything!

Cons

The onboarding needs some work and sometimes employees may need to self start. You definitely need to have "go getter" personality to work here.
